UK beverage company BitterSweet “discovered” that men think women who drink beer “appear more sexy, confident, fun and independent.” Furthermore, a healthy 25% of those polled responded that a woman ordering a beer is actually kind of a turn on. Only 25%? A quick poll of the Tap That crew reveals a totally unbiased response of 100%.

Beer of the Week: Scotch Silly

How could you NOT want one of these after just reading the name? The product of a recent Tap That “researching” foray, Scotch Silly was recommended to me by the bartender at Resto. God damn it, Rachel Ray

Noted beer expert Stephen Beaumont stumbled upon this little beer castastrafuck on his excellent World of Beer blog. That’s right, Beer Margaritas. Way to ruin both my beer AND my margarita. I feel like someone’s dropped my birthday cake on the floor and scooped it back on the pate hoping I would not notice. No one likes these things. Oh wait.
Yeah, no one likes these things.
